Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยใช้วิธีการเชิงส ารวจ (Survey Method) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์การจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในการท า การตลาดกับกลุ่มลูกค้า และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงส ารวจของกลยุทธ์การจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัด เชียงใหม่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่จดทะเบียนในจังหวัด เชียงใหม่ จ านวน 2,703 แห่ง ค านวณขนาดตัวอย่างโดยก าหนดสัดส่วนของประชากรได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จ านวน 385 ตัวอย่าง สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์และประมวลผลหาความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติ ด้วย ความเชื่อมั่นในระดับร้อยละ 95 เป็นเกณฑ์ในการยอมรับข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ จ านวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ องค์ประกอบเชิงส ารวจ (Exploratory Factor analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชน ให้ระดับความส าคัญของกลยุทธ์การจัดการ วิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในการท าการตลาดกับกลุ่มลูกค้า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงส ารวจของกลยุทธ์การจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า มีทั้งหมด 8 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ด้านการบัญชี/การเงิน องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ด้านการผลิต องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กร องค์ประกอบที่ 5 ด้านลูกค้า องค์ประกอบที่ 6 ด้านการจัดการตลาดองค์ประกอบที่ 7 ด้านการขาย และ องค์ประกอบที่ 8 ด้านความร่วมมือของคนในองค์กร ซึ่งทั้ง 8 องค์ประกอบเป็นกลยุทธ์ที่ส าคัญที่จะช่วย ให้การด าเนินการของวิสาหกิจชุมชนประสบความส าเร็จ
Description: This study is a quantitative research using survey method. The objective is to study the strategy of community enterprise management in Chiang Mai in marketing with customers. and analyzing survey elements of community enterprise management strategies in Chiang Mai Province The population used in this study was 2,703 registered community enterprise entrepreneurs in Chiang Mai, calculated the sample size by determining the proportion of the population, 385 samples were sampled by purposive sampling. collect data were questionnaires. Analyze and process statistical relationships with a 95 percent confidence as a criterion for accepting information by using descriptive statistics such as number, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics include Exploratory Factor Analysis The research found that Community enterprise entrepreneurs give priority to the strategies of community enterprise management in Chiang Mai province In marketing with customers In overall, at a high level. The results of the component analysis found that there are 8 components which are Human resource management, Accounting/finance, Production, Organization, Component, Marketing management, Sales and Cooperation of the people in the organization. These 8 elements are important strategies to help the operations of the community enterprise succeed.
