Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) Study the requirements for Support system of Marketing for Distribution Channel for Pga K’nyau Hand Woven Textiles, Phatungngam, Ping Khong Subdistrict, Chiangdao District, Chiang Mai Province. 2) Development Support system of Marketing for Distribution Channel for Pga K’nyau Hand Woven Textiles, Phatungngam, Ping Khong Subdistrict, Chiangdao District, Chiang Mai Province. 3) Publicizing the products of Pga K’nyau Hand Woven Textiles, Phatungngam, Ping Khong Subdistrict, Chiangdao District, Chiang Mai Province. 4) Study the satisfaction of users of the Support system of Marketing for Distribution Channel for Pga K’nyau Hand Woven Textiles, Phatungngam, Ping Khong Subdistrict, Chiangdao District, Chiang Mai Province and 5) Increase distribution channels for Pga K’nyau Hand Woven Textiles, Phatungngam, Ping Khong Subdistrict, Chiangdao District, Chiang Mai Province. The methodology used in the study are Support system of Marketing for Distribution Channel After that, the system was brought to 10 experts to evaluate the system's performance. And brought the system to 50 users to evaluate the satisfaction by using questionnaires to collect data. The results found Experts are of the opinion that the efficiency of the system It's at a very efficient level and from user inquiries about the satisfaction of using the system was found that the satisfaction in using the system was at a high level. In addition, system can help to promote the products of the group and adding channel to sell products to the group.
