| บทคัดย่อ: | โครงการวิจัยดนตรีพื้นเมืองล้านนากับการพัฒนาอารมณ์ของผู้สูงอายุ กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองเมืองแกน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้กิจกรรมดนตรีพื้นเมืองล้านนาเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาอารมณ์ของผู้สูงอายุชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองเมืองแกน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีขอบเขตการวิจัยศึกษากับกลุ่มเป้าหมายการวิจัยคือผู้สูงอายุชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองเมืองแกน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยดนตรีพื้นเมืองล้านนากับการพัฒนาอารมณ์ของผู้สูงอายุ กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองเมืองแกน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่จำนวน 15 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกสบาย (Convenience หรือ Accidental Sampling) ตัวแปรที่สนใจศึกษาวิจัยประกอบไปด้วยตัวแปรต้น คือ การกิจกรรมดนตรีพื้นเมืองล้านนาเพื่อการพัฒนาอารมณ์ของผู้สูงอายุ ตัวแปรตามคือ ดัชนีชี้วัดสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุผู้สูงอายุในเขตชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองเมืองแกน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ผู้วิจัยมีได้กำหนดขอบเขตศึกษาผลตามเนื้อหาของดัชนีวัดสุขภาพจิตคนไทย ประกอบไปด้วย สภาพจิตใจ สมรรถภาพของจิตใจ คุณภาพของจิตใจ และปัจจัยสนับสนุน ตามดัชนีชี้วัดสุขภาพจิตคนไทย (Thai Mental Health Indicator Version 2007 หรือ TMHI Version 2007) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือ 2 เครื่องมือ คือ (1) กิจกรรมดนตรีพื้นเมืองล้านนาเพื่อการพัฒนาอารมณ์ของผู้สูงอายุซึ่งผลการประเมินคุณภาพของแผนการจัดกิจกรรมดนตรีพื้นเมืองล้านนาเพื่อการพัฒนา และ (2) แบบวัดดัชนีชี้วัดสุขภาพจิตคนไทย (Thai Mental Health Indicator Version 2007 หรือ TMHI Version 2007) เป็นแบบวัดแบบตรวจสอบรายการ จำนวน 55 ข้อผู้วิจัยประยุกต์ใช้แบบวัดของประภาส อุครานันท์และคณะ (2558 : 35-38) หลังจากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัยตามแบบแผนการวิจัย โดยทำการทดสอบหลังการวิจัยเพียงกลุ่มเดียวครั้งเดียว (Experimental Research The One-Shot Case Study) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบวัดด้วยสถิติบรรยายประกอบการพรรณาผลการวิจัยด้วยสถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการประเมินสุขภาพจิตของของผู้สูงอายุชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองเมืองแกน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในภาพรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 181.80 ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 10.55 แสดงว่ากลุ่มเป้าหมายมีสุขภาพจิตในภาพรวมจัดอยู่ในระดับผู้ที่มีผู้มีสุขภาพจิตมากกว่าคนทั่วไป |
| รายละเอียด: | The objective of this research is to study the effect of using Lanna folk music activities to stimulate the emotional development of the elderly of Muang-kaen Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. The scope of research and study within the target group of research are the elderly population in Muang-kaen Municipality. who voluntarily participated in this Research Project. There were 15 participants of sampling group which were obtained by convenience or accidental sampling methods. There were 2 tools consisted in this research; which were (1) Lanna folk music activities to stimulate the emotional development of the elderly which had the assessment of the quality of the Lanna folk music activity plan for development, and (2) Thai Mental Health Indicator Version 2007 or TMHI Version 2007, which are 55 check-list questionnaire apply based on Prapat Ukranan et. al. (2005). Therefore, the researcher conducted the research according to the research plan by One-Shot Case Study Experimental Research by engage data analysis from the measurement with descriptive statistics that consisted of descriptive research results with statistics, frequency values, percentage values, mean, and standard deviations. The results of the mental health assessment of the elderly in Muang-kaen Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province in the overall picture, had an average score of 181.80, standard deviation of 10.55, indicating that the target group had mental health perspective at the higher level of quality of mental health than the average persons. |
