ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสำเร็จการศึกษาของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study a factor affect to the graduation of graduate students. It also compared between factors that made the students complete the program in a specified period of time, and factors that caused a delay graduation. The sample of this study was 143 graduate students who graduated in 2559-2562 academic year. The data collection used in this research was a survey about factors that influence to the graduation of graduate students in five aspects, student attribute, motivation, thesis advisor attribute, family and friends, and facilities. The result showed that the overall students’ opinion about the factors affecting graduation of graduate students, in all five aspects, were in a high level. The influence of each aspect, were also considered as high. The result of comparing between the factors leads to the on-schedule graduation, and the ones makes a postponement, were not different. However, when assessed each aspect separately, there was one that gave a distinct outcome, which was the thesis advisor attribute. The graduate students who finish school on time gave higher rate to this point than the others who had a delay graduation.
