| บทคัดย่อ: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินมาตรฐานโฮมสเตย์ไทยสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบการให้คำแนะนำในการเข้ารับการตรวจประเมินเพื่อให้ได้การรับรองมาตรฐานโฮมสเตย์ไทย เพื่อให้ได้ข้อคำถามที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ที่ต้องการวัดในแต่ละตัวชี้วัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นคณะกรรมการในการตรวจประเมินมาตรฐานโฮมสเตย์ไทยที่มีความรู้ ความชำนาญ ประสบการณ์ และความเข้าใจในเรื่องเกณฑ์และตัวชี้วัดในการประเมินมาตรฐานโฮมสเตย์ไทย โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 5 คน จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พบว่า เกณฑ์ที่ใช้ในการตรวจประเมินมาตรฐานโฮมสเตย์ไทย มีองค์ประกอบ 10 ด้าน 31 ตัวชี้วัด จำแนกตามคุณสมบัติของโฮมสเตย์ในด้านที่พัก อาหารและโภชนาการ ความปลอดภัย อัธยาศัยไมตรีของเจ้าบ้านและสมาชิก รายการนำเที่ยว ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม วัฒนธรรม การสร้างคุณค่าและมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ การบริหารของกลุ่มโฮมสเตย์และการประชาสัมพันธ์ จากนั้น นำเกณฑ์และตัวชี้วัดดังกล่าวมาสร้างแบบประเมินเพื่อแปลงตัวชี้วัดที่เป็น เชิงคุณภาพให้เป็นเชิงปริมาณ แล้วนำไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 5 คน ประเมินคุณภาพของแบบประเมิน จากนั้น นำมาวัดค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity) โดยใช้ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์หรือเนื้อหา (IOC : Index of item Objective Congruence) ผลการวิเคราะห์แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ แบบประเมินส่วนที่หนึ่งใช้วัดคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นของโฮมสเตย์ จำนวน 11 ข้อ ใช้ได้ 11 ข้อ และแบบประเมินส่วนที่สองใช้วัดคุณสมบัติขององค์ประกอบ 10 ด้าน 31 ตัวชี้วัด จำนวน 140 ข้อ ใช้ได้ 130 ข้อ จากนั้นนำแบบประเมินที่ได้มาทดลองเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการโฮมสเตย์จำนวน 21 แห่ง 100 หลังคาเรือน แล้วนำมาวัดความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) โดยใช้วิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (-coefficient) ของครอนบาค (Cronbach) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.940 หากตัดข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับมีกระดาษชำระไว้บริการในห้องน้ำหรือไม่? จะทำให้ความเชื่อมั่นจะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 0.943 เมื่อพิจารณาแล้วไม่ตัดข้อคำถาม เนื่องจากยังมีความเชื่อมั่นของแบบประเมินในระดับสูงเช่นเดิม และหากตัดคำถามข้อนี้แล้วจะไม่ครอบคลุมกับตัวชี้วัดที่ต้องการวัด จึงนำข้อคำถามทั้งหมดที่ได้ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบการให้คำแนะนำในการเข้ารับการตรวจประเมินเพื่อให้ได้การรับรองมาตรฐานโฮมสเตย์ไทยต่อไป |
| รายละเอียด: | The objective of this research was to develop Thai homestay standard evaluation form for the development of evaluating recommendation systems to acquire Thai homestay standard certification in an attempt to obtain the questions suitable for and relate to the objectives of each indicator. The population was the experts who were the Thai Homestay Standards assessor committee and specialized with some experiences and understanding in the assessment criteria and indicators. The purposive sampling method was utilized with five samples. The data from the literature review and the in-depth interviews revealed that there were ten assessment criteria and 31 indicators. According to the features of homestay, they were divided into accommodation, food and nutrition, safety, hospitality of hosts and host members, travel itinerary, natural resources and the environment, culture, product value and value addition, management of homestay groups, and public relations. After that, the criteria and indicators were constructed into an assessment model in order to change them from a qualitative assessment to a quantitative assessment. The model was then assessed for its quality by the five experts. It was then assessed for its content validity by using the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC). The analysis results were divided into 2 sections. The first section consisted of 11 items used for assessing the basic qualities of homestay and 11 items were selected as appropriate. The second section consisted of 144 items used for assessing the 10 criteria and 31 indicators, and 130 items were selected as appropriate. After that, these evaluation forms were used to obtain information from 21 homestay entrepreneurs, 100 households in total. The results revealed that its reliability measured using Cronbach’s alpha-coefficient was 0.940. If the question, Is there a toilet paper in the public restrooms, was deleted, its reliability will be increased to be 0.943. However, this question will be included in this study because its reliability of evaluation forms was still in the high level. And if it was deleted, the rest won’t be able to cover all indicators for measuring in this study. That’s why all questions will be used to further develop the Homestay Standard Thailand Certification Recommendation System. |
