Abstract: ปัจจุบันวิทยาลัยพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและเทคโนโลยีชุมชนแห่งเอเชีย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ดำเนินงานด้านงานธุรการซึ่งมีการติดต่อ รับ-ส่ง หนังสือราชการจากหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย และหน่วยงานภายนอก มหาวิทยาลัย หนังสือราชการต่างๆ ที่เข้ามายังหน่วยงานมีปริมาณมาก และการบันทึกรับส่งข้อมูล ยังอยู่ในรูปแบบของเอกสาร ทำให้เกิดการสิ้นเปลืองกระดาษ มีความล่าช้า ในการดำเนินการค้นหา และติดตามข้อมูลในการดำเนินงาน งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบติดตามการดำเนินงาน และการลดใช้กระดาษภายในวิทยาลัยพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและเทคโนโลยีชุมชนแห่งเอเชีย โดยนำเอาโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปมาพัฒนาเพื่อใช้แทนการใช้เอกสารในรูปแบบเดิม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลการรับ-ส่งหนังสือราชการของงานธุรการภายใน รวมถึงการติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน อีกทั้งยังช่วยลดปัญหาการสืบค้นข้อมูล เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานของหนังสือราชการได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และลดระยะเวลาในการติดตามงานได้ดียิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงผลของการลดใช้กระดาษได้จริง
Description: Administrative department of Asian Development College for Community Economy and Technology (adiCET), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University had many tasks of document submission both inside and outside of the university. Since the administrative works used a lot of paper to print out of the document to assign work, the document managing system is belated on searching and keeping printed documents. Therefore, the better way of saving paper and develop document managing system is to operate tasks and document on the web application. This Research aims to develop web application about Document submission’s adiCET for assignment the work, tracking operations and collecting all documents in the database. This web application increased the productivity of administrative work and support the paperless policy. Furthermore, the web application also helps the document managing system for reducing, saving and searching document in the office.
