Abstract: โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง การบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีสารเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมเฉลิมราช พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ้าฝ้ายและผ้าไหม ตลอดจนอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทอผ้าที่จัดแสดงอยู่ในศูนย์วัฒนธรรมเฉลิมราช พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และเพื่อการ บูรณาการเทคโนโลยีสารเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมเฉลิมราช พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง ด้วยกระบวนการ SDLC งานวิจัยเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบฐานข้อมูลของผ้าไหมและผ้าฝ้าย เพื่อที่จะแปลงองค์ความรู้จากประสบการณ์ของปราชญ์ผ้าไหมและผ้าฝ้ายสันกำแพง ให้เป็นความรู้ที่มีการจัดเก็บบนฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษาของนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สนใจต่อไปในอนาคต จากนั้นจึงทำการสำรวจเพื่อหารูปแบบของสารสนเทศที่เหมาะสมที่จะนำมาใช้ในการนำเสนอสิ่งที่จัดแสดงในพิพิธภัณฑ์ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศศูนย์วัฒนธรรมเฉลิมราช พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง เพื่อให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่ดึงดูดและน่าสนใจต่อนักท่องเที่ยว ผลการสำรวจเพื่อหารูปแบบของสารสนเทศจากกลุ่มผู้เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 35 คน พบว่า ผู้เกี่ยวข้องส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้นำเสนอสารสนเทศในลักษณะ QR Code รองลงมาคือ Website ภาษาที่ใช้ในการนำเสนอควรมีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ และสื่อที่ใช้ในการนำเสนอสารสนเทศควรเป็นชนิดรูปภาพและข้อความ ภายหลังจากการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ติดตั้งระบบ และทดลองใช้งาน ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศศูนย์วัฒนธรรมเฉลิมราช พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง ที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการแจกแบบสอบถาม ความพึงพอใจให้แก่ปราชญ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง เจ้าหน้าที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ เจ้าหน้าที่จากหน่วยงานราชการ และนักท่องเที่ยว รวมทั้งสิ้น 35 คน พบว่าความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมในการทดลองใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ คือ 4.61 ซึ่งเป็นความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด
Description: The objectives of the research, the Integration of Information Technology for Promoting the Tourism of Chalermraja Sankhumphange Silk Waving Cultural Center, are to collect information of silk and cotton fabrics and weaving equipment located in Chalermraja Sankhumphange Silk Waving Cultural Center and to integrate information technology to promote tourism of Chalermraja Sankhumphange Silk Waving Cultural Center using SDLC. The research started from analyzing and designing a database of silk and cotton fabrics in order to transform knowledge from the knowledgeable people of Sankhumphange silk and cotton fabrics to the knowledge stored in an electronic database. This will be beneficial to the study of tourists in the future. Then, the research explored the appropriate format of information used in presenting the exhibition in the museum. After that, the information system of Chalermraja Sankhumphange Silk Waving Cultural Center was developed to make the museum a cultural attraction that attracts tourists. A survey based on 35 participants about the formats used to present information in the museum found that most of the stakeholders wanted to present the information in the form of QR Code. The second format is a website. The languages used in the presentation should be both Thai and English. Also, the media used to present information should be images and texts. After the development of the information system, installation, and testing, the result of the analysis of the satisfaction of using the information system of Chalermraja Sankhumphange Silk Waving Cultural Center collected from stakeholders using a questionnaire was 4.61, which was the highest level of satisfaction.
