บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความรู้และความสามารถในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาการประถมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่และ2) ศึกษาผลการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูสาขาวิชาการประถมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่หลังการโค้ช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการประถมศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชา GED 5802 การปฏิบัติการวิชาชีพครู 2 (Teaching Professional Externship II ) ในภาคเรียนที่ 2/2558 จำนวน 87 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ แผนการโค้ชการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจากการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยใช้แนวคิดการโค้ชของแฮส (Haas) จำนวน 9 แผน 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน แบบประเมินความสามารถในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนและแบบประเมินคุณภาพรายงานการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความรู้ในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู หลังการโค้ชสูงกว่าก่อนการโค้ชอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ความสามารถในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสรุปได้ว่าศูนย์ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูควรจัดอบรมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพิ่มเติมเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อม การทำงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนไม่ครบทุกขั้นตอนเพราะช่วงเวลาสั้นทำให้นักศึกษาคัดลอกงานวิจัย ขาดการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องและขาดการอ้างอิง การโค้ชเป็นวิธีการที่ช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาทักษะ กระบวนการคิด ความรู้และการปฏิบัติให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ โค้ชที่ดีจะสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือและไว้วางใจ 2. ผลการตรวจคุณภาพรายงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูสาขาวิชาการประถมศึกษาหลังการโค้ช โดยภาพรวมคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เนื่องจากนักศึกษาขาดประสบการณ์การทำวิจัย มีประสบการณ์เฉพาะในการเรียนรายวิชาการวิจัยการศึกษาซึ่งขาดการฝึกปฏิบัติ
รายละเอียด: The purposes of this research were 1) to study the students’ knowledge and ability of classroom research practices of the pre-service elementary student teachers in Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, 2) to study the results of classroom research practices of the pre-service elementary student teachers in Chiang Mai Rajabhat University after coaching. The sample was 87 elementary program students who enrolled in the GED 5802 (Teaching Professional Externship II)course in the second semester of academic year 2015, Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. There were two types of research instruments. The first type used for implementing 9 coaching plans, developed by the researcher based on the concept of coaching by Hass and literature review. The second type used for collecting data, which consisted of the classroom research tests, the students’ ability classroom research evaluation form and research evaluation form. The obtained data was analyzed for mean, standard deviation, for qualitative data which analyzed by content analysis. The findings of the research found that: 1. The pre-service elementary student teachers’ knowledge was higher than after they were coached at a statistically significant level .05. The students’ researching ability after coaching was rated at high level. The content analysis concluded that classroom research practice should be further administered by Professional Experience Training for the externship preparation. According to a short period of the semester, students had a plagiarism without reviewing related literature and reference. Coaching is a good method which encourages students to develop cognitive skills and practical knowledge for their academic achievement. The good coaching can lead to a reliability and trust. 2. The result of checking students’ classroom research papers after coaching was rated at a middle level since students were lack of experience in doing classroom research and they studied only educational research subject without practicing
